Our Commitments and  Progress

 

In 2019, we announced our commitments to reaching global gender parity in our senior leadership by 2030, as well as achieving a year-over-year increase at all levels of management for underrepresented groups.

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we also understand long-term change takes time. A truly diverse and inclusive culture requires us to back up our commitments with action. It’s a journey that asks each us to show up, listen and learn from each other.

TransUnion’s Racial Equity Task Force continues to make progress on informing a more fair and just work environment for associates of color.

We support our gender parity commitments with an assortment of innovative training opportunities, associate programming and campaigns geared at promoting equity.
