TransUnion’s Burlington Consumer Relations walk-in centre is open on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis between the hours of 9 a.m.–4:00 p.m. to obtain a copy of your Consumer Disclosure. To request an appointment please email: [email protected] Consumers who do not have an appointment will not be served and be asked to leave the building.
Before emailing TransUnion to set up an appointment, please ensure you’ve read and understand the following Health and Safety rules for your appointment.

  • Arrive promptly to your appointment. In the event you must cancel or change your appointment, please email [email protected].
  • Individuals must be free from COVID-19-related symptoms.
  • TransUnion will send an email which confirms your appointment and provides a COVID-19 Self-Screening Form. If an individual answers “yes” to any of the questions prior to bureau engagement, we ask that the individual reschedule their appointment. Please reach out to TransUnion by phone, mail, fax or online to facilitate a request.
  • While masking is no longer required (except for individuals who have recently traveled outside of Canada, who will be required to wear a mask for 14 days upon return), it is important to note that our local public health units are of the view that wearing a mask continues to be an effective public health measure for reducing the spread of COVID-19. We remind you that should you feel unwell, or have recently been exposed to COVID, please do not attend your appointment. Service will then be available over phone (800)-663-9980, online at or by mail/fax.
  • Only the consumer who is requesting his/her credit report will be allowed in the consumer relations walk-in window waiting area. If you require assistance, please provide advanced notice and ensure the individual accompanying you is free from COVID-19 symptoms and completes the COVID Self-Screening form.
  • No minor(s) accompanying the consumer will be allowed in the office.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for consumers at the consumer relations walk-in window waiting area.
  • Floor markings will indicate standing spaces and walking in and out pathway.
