Consumers who do not have an appointment will not be served and be asked to leave the building.

Before emailing TransUnion to set up an appointment, please ensure you’ve read and understand the following Health and Safety rules for your appointment.

  • Arrive promptly to your appointment. In the event you must cancel or change your appointment, please email TUCFCAppt@transunion.com.
  • Individuals must be free from COVID-19-related symptoms.
  • TransUnion will send an email which confirms your appointment and provides a COVID-19 Self-Screening Form. Please reach out to TransUnion by phone, mail, fax or online to facilitate a request.
