Q What are cookies and how are they used on your site?
A
When you order your credit report and score online, we use cookies to tell us what step(s) you have completed. Cookies contain information about you and your page preferences. For example, a site cannot determine your email address unless you choose to enter it. Allowing a website to write a cookie to your system does not give that site or any other site access to the rest of your computer. A site can only read its own cookies.

  • Click Tools and select Internet Options on the menu bar
  • Click the security tab
  • Click “Custom Level”
  • Scroll down to the “Cookies” section and select “enable”
